Capacity building workshop was conducted for trainers!

On Tuesday, 26th of July, a two-day educational workshop which was organized by human resources development department, HR Directorate, for the capacity building of seven regional zones and HQ managers, is inaugurated by Mr. Mawlavi Matiul Haq Khalis, acting president of the ARCS with the presence of Ms. Short Khozi Moral, representative of the International Red Cross.

The educational workshop was arranged with the financial support of International Red Cross aimed to learn; safe access, safety and security department activities, health services, identifying Kabul Maraston programs, including the attitude and behavior of volunteers and employees.

Mr.Mawlavi Matiul Haq Khalis, Acting President of the ARCS, besides welcoming the participants told that: " the assistance provided by the International Red Cross in Afghanistan is commendable. This time ICRC assisted the capacity-building workshops, their experience shall be fully utilized, because the ARCS need it. Similarly he added that “we should be sincere in our duty and shall try to our best, to provide humanitarian services, to affected people, in remote areas, on time".

Likewise, Ms. Sharat Khozi moral representative of the International Red Cross, promised & assured ARCS to carry on their cooperation in the capacity building of new and old staff.
