Balkh: AFN 23 Million Distributed to 1,000 Farmers Affected by Conflict and Drought

The ARCS distributed AFN 23 million in cash assistance to 1,000 farmers affected by conflict and drought in Dawlatabad District of Balkh Province.

The assistance was provided by the ICRC, with each farmer receiving AFN 23,000.
