ARCS Delegation Traveled to Türkiye

A delegation of ARCS led by Mr. Mawlawi Abdul Latif Sabet, Under-secretary General for Operational Affairs, embarked on a visit to Istanbul, Türkiye, with the objective of evaluating the SHAPE initiative (Support to the Vulnerable and Impoverished through Social Health, Public Awareness, Emergency Humanitarian Relief, and Economic Empowerment).

This visit was facilitated at the invitation of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) of the United Kingdom and aiming to evaluate the program’s ongoing impact, key achievements, and challenges. The mission also sought to engage and make necessary decisions regarding the formulation of an effective plan for the forthcoming years.

Furthermore, it offers cash support to individuals possessing professional and technical skills to promote income-generating opportunities. ARCS also plays a pivotal role in promoting social engagement, public awareness, and strengthening leadership capacities among youth.
