Afghan Aid to Strengthen Partnership with ARCS to Support Natural Disaster-Hit Communities

Sheikh Ul Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, President of the ARCS, met with Mr. Christoper William Kinder, Director of Afghan Aid in London, Mr. Charles Davy, the Head of Afghan Aid in Kabul, and their delegation in his office to discuss expanding humanitarian cooperation, coordination, and joint initiatives.
In his address, the ARCS President briefed the delegation on the organization’s previous and ongoing humanitarian efforts, including assistance provided to families without guardians, vulnerable individuals, and returning refugees. He also emphasized the urgent need for greater collaboration to help communities affected by climate change, drought, and recent crises.
Mr. Christopher William Kinder outlined Afghan Aid’s programs in Afghanistan, which focus on assisting people impacted by natural disasters and raising public awareness on risk reduction in high-risk regions. He affirmed Afghan Aid’s commitment to expanding these efforts. 
The delegation pledged cooperation and coordination with the ARCS to strengthen support for disaster-affected communities.
