Kabul: ARCS Leadership Holds Administrative Meeting

An administrative coordination meeting was held under the leadership of Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, with the participation of ARCS Vice President Hafiz Aziz Rahman, Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salam, senior advisers, and directors from the central headquarters.

During the meeting, participants discussed a range of administrative matters, including the construction of a perimeter wall and accommodation for security guards at the Logar Provincial Branch, the drilling of a deep water well to provide safe drinking water, the rehabilitation of the administrative building and training centre in Parwan Province, and increasing the number of support staff at mental health care and treatment centres. Necessary decisions were made on these matters.

The Department of Staff Affairs also presented a staff performance assessment report to the leadership to facilitate timely action in addressing existing challenges and shortcomings, strengthening employees’ professional capacities, and designing and implementing the necessary training programs.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Delawar listened to the concerns, recommendations, and views of the department heads, issued the necessary guidance, and made key decisions on the matters discussed. He also emphasized the importance of effective management, stronger administrative coordination, and further enhancing the quality of humanitarian services.
