High-level Administrative Meeting Convened to Develop Strategic Plan

ARCS convened a high-level administrative meeting at its central headquarters, led by Vice President Mr. Hafiz Azizur Rahman, aimed at formulating a comprehensive and impactful five-year strategic plan. The meeting was attended by the Under-Secretary General, advisors, directors, and heads of independent departments. 

Mr. Azizur Rahman presented the key objectives, impact, and implementation mechanisms of the new strategic plan and emphasized the importance of teamwork, coordination, and collaboration for institutional efficiency. Stressing the foundational values of integrity, sincerity, and honesty, he urged all staff to remain committed to these principles in their daily responsibilities, highlighting their role in maintaining administrative order, driving progress, and enhancing overall effectiveness.

Additionally, Mr. Azizur Rahman encouraged participants to critically assess the execution of the previous strategic plan, identifying both its achievements and shortcomings and incorporate those lessons in developing the new plan. 

Participants engaged in meaningful discussions on the creation of a responsive, innovative, and impactful strategic plan for the future and shared their insights and suggestions.
