Today, the 1st of January, 2022, at the Afghan Red Crescent Society directorate in Zabul province, the Afghan Red Crescent Society and the Red Crescent Society of Qatar and Kuwait jointly organized 100 war and drought affected, displaced and homeless households who were provided with food and non-food items. The aid includes 20 kg of flour, 10 kg of rice, 5 kg of lentils, 5 kg of sugar, 5 liters of oil, tea and a hygiene kit.

Within a few upcoming days, the Afghan Red Crescent society will distribute aid provided by the Qatar and Kuwait Red Crescent to a total of 1000 needy families in Zabul province. Last day, the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) had distributed aid to 150 families in the Surkhakan area of ​​Qalat and 350 families in the Mezana district.
