ARCS Delegation Holds Talks with Three Turkish Humanitarian Foundations to Strengthen Collaborative Aid Efforts.

During an official visit to Türkiye, the delegation of ARCS held meetings in Istanbul with the representatives of three International Humanitarian Foundations (IHH, Haq, IDDEF) to explore ways for enhancing humanitarian collaborations, joint efforts, and delivering aid to destitute and vulnerable families.

During discussions, the ARCS delegation led by Mawlawi Abdul Latif Sabit, Under-Secretary General, emphasized on the urgent need for the collaboration of the international humanitarian foundations in supporting impoverished populations, individuals affected by natural and man-made disasters, returning refugees, orphans in Marastoons, headless families, and individuals suffering from mental health conditions.

In response, the representatives of IHH, Haq, and IDDEF commended ARCS for its humanitarian services and its support to Afghan people. They pledged to amplify their engagement within Afghanistan highlighting their initiatives which include digging wells, the construction of Mosques and Madrasas (religious schools), healthcare services, emergency aid, orphan sponsorship, and economic empowerment programs. The foundations expressed a strong commitment to extending these efforts to the other regions of Afghanistan in close collaboration with ARCS.
