The ARCS, with support from the IFRC, has distributed three types of non-food assistance to 1,000 earthquake-affected families in Nurgal district of Kunar province at a shelter camp established for the victims. Each family received 7 blankets, 7 mattresses, and 7 pillows.
This assistance aims to help meet the winter needs of the affected families to some extent.
