A one-day training workshop was held with financial support and coordination of IFRC for several directors and heads of departments of ARCS headquarter to introduce them the Community Engagement Policy.

The workshop focused on strengthening genuine connections with community, accountability, feedback management, including handling suggestions, inquiries, and complaints. It also covered the core elements of the policy, responsibilities, and deeper understanding and implementation of operational strategies. Additionally, the roles of staff, volunteers, and partners were clarified.

The workshop, which concluded successfully, was attended by nearly 30 staff members and is considered a significant step toward promoting public awareness, transparency, accountability, community engagement, and fundamental values.
