Sheikh Ul Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar: ARCS to Expand Mental Health Services

Sheikh Ul Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, visited the Eastern Regional Mental Health Care and Treatment Center in Nangarhar. 
During his visit, Mr. Delawar assessed the quality of medical care, as well as the recreational facilities, kitchens, and residential areas for the patients. 
He urged staff to treat patients with compassion and respect, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and praised them for their dedication.
He stated, “The ARCS will take rapid steps to improve treatment and comprehensive services for individuals with mental health conditions, ensuring they have better access to necessary support and facilities.”
