On wednesday , 17th of Rabi-ul-Awwal , 48 students have given English language, literacy and computer subjects test at Afghan Red Crescent Educational Center in Parwan province. In the educational centers of ARCS, those students are educated in different fields by volunteer teachers ,who are facing economic problems and are unable to afford for education in private educational centers.
