هلال احمر افغانی برای ۵۰۰ خانواده نیازمند، بیسرپرست و مهاجر عودتکننده در مرکز و ولسوالیهای بگرام، سیدخیل و سیاهگرد ولایت پروان، مواد مختلف زمستانی توزیع کرد.
در این کمک، به هر خانواده سه بسته زمستانی توزیع شد که شامل جمپر، بنیان، دستکش، جوراب، چادر، بوت و برخی مواد ضروری دیگر برای اطفال، مردان و زنان بود
این کمک به منظور حفاظت بهتر این خانوادهها در برابر سرمای شدید هوا انجام شد.
