Acting Head of the IFRC in Afghanistan Holds Farewell Meeting with ARCS Leadership

The Acting Head of the IFRC in Afghanistan, Mr. Joy Singhal, accompanied by Ms. Huma Nader, the Deputy Head of the IFRC, held a farewell meeting with Sheikh Ul Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, and Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman. 
During the meeting, Mr. Delawar commended Mr. Singhal for his contributions in humanitarian efforts, particularly his support for the victims of the recent earthquake in Kunar province and his role in mobilizing aid for those affected. He also wished him every success in his future endeavors.
Mr. Singhal expressed his satisfaction with the collaboration and joint efforts with the ARCS leadership and team. He emphasized that the ARCS remains the sole national organization consistently delivering timely assistance and support to vulnerable communities. He stated, “I would like to thank the leadership and staff of the ARCS for their unparalleled cooperation during our joint mission. Your commitment, humanitarian spirit, and tireless efforts to assist and support those in need will always remain in my memory.”
