ARCS Leadership Holds Consultative Meeting with Heads of Central Departments

Sheikh Ul Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS; Hafiz Azizur Rahman, Vice President; and Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salaam, Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs, held a consultative meeting with the Heads of Central Departments to discuss ways to enhance operational efficiency across the central departments, regional zones, and provincial branches, and to address existing institutional challenges.
During the session, the participants discussed several key topics, including investment in ARCS-owned properties located in Kabul, Herat, Nuristan, Nangarhar, and Kandahar provinces; preparations for the upcoming Special Week; the recruitment of specialized medical professionals for the treatment of mental health patients in regional zones; the establishment of a joint bank account between Etisalat Afghanistan and the ARCS to facilitate the collection of humanitarian aid and a memorandum of understanding on advertisements; as well as measures to ensure staff attendance discipline. Further, key decisions were made regarding these issues.
