A New Building to be Constructed for the Administrative Office of ARCS in Kapisa Province!

Today, Sunday, May 18th, Sheikh Ul Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, the Acting General President of ARCS, inaugurated the construction of a new administrative facility for ARCS provincial directorate in Kapisa Province. 

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Hafiz Ehsanullah Baryal, the Governor of Kapisa, his deputy, the Chairman of the Ulema Council, along with government senior officials and staff from various institutions. 

During the occasion, the Acting General President expressed his satisfaction with the range of ongoing and newly initiated projects by ARCS across the country.

 In addition to the Kapisa branch, he underscored the construction of new administrative offices in Farah, Samangan, and Logar Provinces as a pivotal step toward enhancing and organizing the daily operations and hoped for the continued delivery of humanitarian services to the people. 

In turn, Hafiz Ehsanullah Baryal, the Governor of Kapisa, commended the multifaceted humanitarian efforts of ARCS. 

He conveyed his appreciation for the construction of the new administrative building and pledged unwavering support and coordination in this regard.
