13 Children with Ventricular Septal Defect were Referred to Local Hospitals!
Today, Sunday, the 12th of January, Afghan Red Crescent once again referred 13 children suffering from ventricular septal defect to three local hospitals for treatment and surgical intervention.
It is to be mentioned that the costs of the treatment and the surgeries are  fully paid by ARCS.
