Volunteers have vital value for ARCS, for this purpose, ARCS has celebrated the international day of volunteers for their appreciation and encouragement in Headquarter of ARCS. The session was attended by Mr.Mawlavi Mati-Ul-Haq "Khalis" Acting General President of ARCS, Mr.Mawlavi Noor Uddin "Turabi" Vice President of ARCS, Mr. Raad Al-Hadid representative of Red Cross and directors of different departments. At the beginning of session, Mr. Mawlavi Mai-Ul-Haq "Khalis" Acting General President of ARCS, besides welcoming the participants spoken regarding the value and activities of volunteers that; this is a religious, human and moral responsibility, and added “ARCS is actually volunteers society and supported by their activities thus, It is not considered a governmental organ. He said, "Volunteers are the base & backbone of this society, also volunteers are the language, eyes & ears of this society. They introduce & identify the vulnerable people in the society, they listen to the problems of the people & represent the society. Volunteers are the hands and feet of national societies, their presence is essential in responding and reaching to the disasters. The red vest is a sign of honesty and service." He requested the volunteers of this society to keep in mind the pleasure of Allah Almighty and to be true servants of the society.
