ARCS held one-day capacity building workshop for the guards of branches in the eastern regional zone!
On 2nd November, ARCS organized a one-day capacity-building workshop for the guards of branches in order to increase their capacity. In this educational workshop, the guards were provided with practical and theoretical forms regarding discipline, good interaction with clients/applicants, permission, checkup/inspection, patrolling, use of communications channel,s and surveillance of security cameras.
