On Saturday, 16th of April 2022  Mawlavi Matiul Haq Khalis, Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, visited the Red Crescent Blood Bank, built by the Turkish Red Crescent Society near the Mohammed Al-Fatih Mosque.

During the meeting, officials of the Turkish Red Crescent Blood Bank welcomed the Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent.

On the other hand, the acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society welcomed the excellent initiative of the Turkish Red Crescent staff and highlighted its value from the point of view of Islam, adding that there is such an example whoso save the life of one, it shall be as if he had saved the life of all mankind.
