Baghlan: 500 Affected Farmers Receive AFN 11.5 Million in Cash Assistance

The ARCS distributed AFN 11.5 million in cash assistance to 500 farmers affected by conflict and drought in Baghlan Markazi District of Baghlan Province.

The assistance was provided by the ICRC, with each farmer receiving AFN 23,000.

The assistance aimed to support farmers financially and strengthen their agricultural activities.

Previously, the ARCS had also distributed AFN 69 million in cash assistance to 3,000 affected farmers in Nangarhar, Paktia, and Balkh provinces.

The ARCS strives to support farmers in need, ease their difficulties, and provide the necessary resources to help expand their agricultural activities.
