Endowing happiness to vulnerable people, at the doorstep of cold winter is our moral duty! On 25th December, ARCS has distributed cash assistance, to 245 vulnerable families in Chahar Dara district of Kunduz province. In afore-mentioned aid each family received 10000 AFN.
