Kapisa, Loghman and Logar
ARCS has been originated from society, thereof works & activities are carried out voluntarily by the people of society, for this purpose on 10th Dec, the honorable delegation of the Provincial councils Department of ARCS, during his efforts and exertion has established five members councils from scholars, elders, tribal elders and educated youth in Hesa-e-Awal district of Kapisa, Badpakh district of Laghman and in the center of Logar province. ARCS is determined to establish such kind of councils on the country level in all provinces of the country.
