On 1st day of the special week of ARCS, a banker/money exchanger Mr. Nizam Khapalwak bought a donation ticket worth 1,56,000 AFG and became one of the participant in the treatment of children suffering from ventricular sceptical defects. Every year on 24th of Mezan,ARCS collects donations by selling tickets all over the country with the help of its employees and volunteers, and spends these donations on the treatment of children suffering from coronary heart disease and other humanitarian services.
