Mr. Mawlavi Mati-Ul-Haq "Khalis" Acting General President of ARCS & Mr. Necephor Mghendi, head of IFRC in Afghanistan, had joint online meeting on better coordination and solution to procurement problems. The newly appointed vice president of International Federation of national societies in Afghanistan, also been introduced in the meeting. In meeting, Mr. Mawlavi Mati-Ul-Haq Khalis Acting General President of ARCS told that it is necessary to solve the procurement affairs between ARCS and IFRC based on a mechanism principally, which will enable us to carryout humanitarian services on time and in a better way.
