Islam Qala and Milak Crossings: ARCS Continues to Provide Humanitarian Aid to Returning Refugees

ARCS, through the efforts of its staff and volunteers, continues to support returning refugees from Iran by providing hot meals, clean drinking water, and medical services at the Islam Qala Border Crossing in Herat Province and the Milak Border Crossing in Nimroz Province.
Today alone, mobile health teams have provided medical care to hundreds of returnees in both provinces. In addition to healthcare services, ARCS has distributed hot meals and safe drinking water to 2,000 returnees in Herat and 250 in Nimroz.
