General President of ARCS Holds Farewell and Introduction Meeting with the Former and New Head of the Norwegian Red Cross

Mr. Olen Beck, former Head of the Norwegian Red Cross in Afghanistan, held a farewell meeting and introduced his successor, Mr. Mohammad Ali Iftikhar, to Sheikh Ul Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, and Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman.
During the meeting, Mr. Delawar expressed gratitude to the Norwegian Red Cross for its support to the ARCS and commended Mr. Beck for his dedicated efforts. He also extended his best wishes to Mr. Iftikhar as he assumes his new role. 
Mr Beck stated, “It has been a distinct privilege to collaborate with the ARCS in delivering humanitarian initiatives. I sincerely commend the organization’s unwavering commitment, collaborative spirit, and tireless efforts, and I am optimistic that this partnership will continue to thrive.”
Furthermore, Mr. Iftikhar expressed his enthusiasm for continuing joint humanitarian efforts with the ARCS, stating, “Our goal is to strengthen humanitarian values and provide support to those in need. I am confident that our collaboration will create opportunities to deliver even more effective services.”
