During selection of members for councils among the people, on 11th December, the provincial councils department of ARCS has selected, three three persons in three districts of the center of Kapisa Province and five-members council in Alishang District of Lghman Province, which included scholars, tribal leaders and educated youth, as councils members, who will play an active role in the activities of ARCS.
