 ARCS: The Afghan Red Crescent Society assists victims of natural and unnatural disasters, as well as orphans, disabled, unsupervised and needy individuals nationwide.
 ARCS: Currently, in relief centers of the Afghan Red Crescent Society located in Kabul, Kandahar, Herat, Nangarhar, Kunduz, Balkh, Parwan, and Paktia provinces, all necessary living facilities have been provided to a total of 597 unsupervised individuals, orphans, widows, elderly and needy individuals.
: Over the past 6 months, in cooperation with Qatar’s Red Crescent, professional trainings have been conducted in the fields of tailoring, needlecraft and carpet weaving for 1172 widows and 150 poor individuals in Kabul, Kandahar, Helmand, Farah, Faryab, Badakhshan and Balkh provinces.
 Over the past 6 months, in cooperation with Denmark’s Red Crescent, livelihood projects for 500 needy widows in the Kabul, Herat and Nangahar provinces have commenced.
Subsistence has been provided to 34 displaced individuals, subsistence substitutes have been given to 115 families and cash has been distributed to 1246 individuals.
 Over the past 6 months, 4098132 Afghani have been provided to 627 beggar families.
 Over the past six months, the Afghan Red Crescent Society mental health treatment and care centers in Kabul, Kandahar, Nangarhar, Balkh, Herat and Kunduz provinces have provided services to 5,399 mental health patients.
Out of these, 1,896 patients have recovered and successfully rejoined society.
