Capacity Building: 40 Staff Members Graduate from Short-Term Program

A graduation ceremony was held at the headquarters of the ARCS to honor 40 staff members who successfully completed a short-term capacity-building program focused on computer literacy and professional calligraphy.
The event was organized by the Capacity Building Unit under the Department of Staff Affairs, in the presence of Sheikh Ul Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, Acting President of the ARCS; Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman; Mawlawi Mohammad Ibrahim, Representative of the Ministry of Education; and several directors and advisors from ARCS headquarters.
In his remarks, Mr. Delawar emphasized the value of knowledge, stating: “Education holds great value in Islam, and a society can only progress when its people are educated.”
He further emphasized that such capacity-building programs not only strengthen the professional competencies of staff but also play a vital role in enhancing the quality of institutional services.
Mawlawi Mohammad Ibrahim, representing the Ministry of Education, and Dr. Abdul Aleem Ahmadzai, Manager of Capacity Building at ARCS, also addressed the gathering. Both speakers stressed the value of staff capacity building and learning in addressing challenges.
The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates to the graduating employees.
