The Afghan Red Crescent provided assistance to 30 needy families in Kandahar city!
Today, the 2nd January, 2022, the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) distributed aid handed over by the government of Pakistan to 30 war-affected, drought-affected, displaced and homeless families in southern Kandahar province.
This aid includes 10 kg flour,5 kg of rice, 2 kg of sugar, 1 liters of oil and a UNFPA Dignity Kit.
Yesterday, the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) also distributed mention aid to 150 families in southern Kandahar province.
In the past three weeks, in addition to the aid sent by Pakistan, food aid provided by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFP) has been distributed to 4000 more needy families in the Ninth Police District of Kandahar province.
