With support from the Finnish Red Cross, the ARCS distributed 2,400,000 Afghanis in cash assistance to 100 repatriated female-headed households across different districts of Zaranj, the capital of Nimroz Province.
Each of these families, currently engaged in vocational training such as embroidery, beadwork, and tailoring, received 24,000 Afghanis to help cover their daily expenses.
Previously, these families were also provided with 10,000 Afghanis to purchase necessary tools.
Supporting repatriated and female-headed households and promoting their self-reliance remain among the top priorities of the ARCS.
