هلالاحمر افغانی به یک خانوادهٔ آسیبدیده از اثر آتشسوزی در ناحیهٔ ۱۳ شهر کابل، ۵ قلم کمک غیرغذایی ارائه کرد. این کمک شامل ۱ باب خیمه، ۶ تخته کمپل، ۲ تخته ترپال، ۱ سیت وسایل آشپزخانه و ۲ بوشکه آب بود.
این کمک با هدف تأمین سرپناه موقت برای خانواده یادشده ارائه شد.
