Kabul: Certificates Distributed to 51 Employees After Completion of Professional Training

On the initiative of the Department of Staff Affairs of the ARCS, the second phase of educational and professional training under the title “Code of Conduct” was concluded with the distribution of certificates for 51 employees.

The ceremony held on this occasion was attended by Hafiz Azizur Rahman, Vice President of the ARCS, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salam, Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs, along with a number of central headquarters directors, advisors, and heads of independent units.

Speaking at the event, Hafiz Azizur Rahman expressed his satisfaction with the successful completion of the training program, praised the efforts of the Department of Staff Affairs, and emphasized that the continuation of such programs is essential for institutional development. He urged employees to apply the knowledge they have gained in their daily work and assured them that the leadership of the ARCS is committed to providing all necessary support in this regard.

Mawlawi Ruhullah Abdul Salam also addressed the participants and encouraged them to share their knowledge with colleagues in order to help bring about positive change within the organization.

Meanwhile, the Director of the Department of Staff Affairs, Mawlawi Shafiqullah Amini, stated that building employees’ capacity is part of his responsibility and pledged to continue training programs based on organizational needs, so that the challenges faced by staff in the workplace can be addressed.

During the workshop, participants received training on administrative principles, job duties, policies, and proper conduct in dealing with service recipients.
