Today Mr. Mawlavi Matiul Haq Khalis, Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent during his visit to Kunar province initiated the process of cash!

Today Mr. Mawlavi Matiul Haq Khalis, Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent during his visit to Kunar province initiated the process of cash assistance worth of 5,950,000 AFG  to 700 headless widows in the provincial directorate  of the ARCS in the said province Before distributing of cash assistance, Mr. Khalis said, "We feel the pain that there is no man in a house or a disabled person, so our sisters are facing so much suffering, because it is necessary to help our sisters; He emphasized the importance of assisting these women and stated that efforts are being made to establish small businesses  for them to generate income within their households. This could include supporting them in livestock rearing, poultry farming, or engaging in agriculture to enable them to provide for their families. According to Mr. Khalis safeguarding the well-being of vulnerable women is of utmost importance. He emphasized the need to empower these women by enabling them to establish small businesses within their households. This would allow them to independently provide food, clothing, and educational expenses for their children. Mr. Khalis also acknowledged that numerous citizens, particularly impoverished women, have endured four decades of economic hardships and are currently grappling with a range of financial difficulties.
