The ARCS, with the support of the ICRC, has provided five types of non-food assistance to 70 internally displaced families in the Boldak district of Kandahar province as part of an emergency response. Each family received three tarpaulins, one solar panel, 50 meters of electrical wire, a 1,000-liter water storage tank, and three lamps.
