The ARCS, with support from the Qatar Red Crescent, provided two non-food items to 185 vulnerable and impoverished families in Badghis Province. Each family received one tarpaulin and four blankets.
This assistance was provided to help protect families from the cold weather and as an expression of humanitarian compassion.
