ARCS Vice President Meets with Danish Red Cross Representative to Discuss Capacity Building of Volunteers

Hafiz Azizur Rahman, Vice President of ARCS, met with Mr. Yaqoub, Advisor for National Society Development at the Danish Red Cross, at the center headquarters to discuss volunteer capacity building, training programs, and the strengthening of the National Society.
During the meeting, Mr. Azizur Rahman emphasized that volunteers are a vital part of ARCS’s human resources and highlighted their essential role in delivering assistance, conducting rescue operations, and providing humanitarian services during natural disasters.
The Danish Red Cross advisor underscored the important role of volunteers in ARCS activities and assured that a training program focused on volunteer capacity building will be launched in the near future. He further pledged continued technical and professional cooperation to enhance the skills and capabilities of ARCS volunteers.
