هلال احمر افغانی، به ۲۱۸ خانواده زلزله‌زده در کمپ ایجادشده برای زلزله‌زدگان، در ولسوالی نورگل ولایت کنر، شش قلم کمک مواد غیر خوراکی توزیع نمود. در این کمک برای هر خانواده ۷ تخته کمپل، یک تخته ترپال، یک سیت وسایل آشپزخانه، یک بسته حفظ‌الصحه، یک چراغ و دو بوشکه آب مساعدت شد.
همچنین به هر خانواده سه کارتن آب آشامیدنی پاک نیز توزیع گردید.
