از سوی هلال احمر افغانی برای ۷۰۰ خانواده در ولسوالی های خمآب و قرقین ولایت جوزجان، ۸۰۰ خانواده در ولسوالی الجهاد ولایت سرپل و ۱۰۰۰ خانواده در ولسوالی های شورتپه و کلدار ولایت بلخ، ۸ قلم مواد غذایی کمک شد. کمک هاى مذکور به هر خانواده نیازمند و فقیر شامل ۱۰۰ کیلو آرد، ۲۴.۵ کیلو برنج، ۱۰ لیتر روغن، ۸ کیلو لوبیا، ۵ کیلو شکر، ۲ کیلو نمک، یک کیلو چای سبز و یک بسته بیسکویت، بود.
