Public awareness to fight against and response to disasters is part of ARCS activities. Therefore, on 20th of Rabi Ul Awwal, Afghan Red Crescent has arranged and completed six-day theoretical and practical public awareness workshop on topics related to responding to disasters in ARCS headquarter, Kabul province. Two employees of each 18 departments, including Disaster Management Department's staff, participated in the workshop. At the end of the workshop, the Acting General President of ARCS Mr. Maulvi Mati-ul-Haq Khalis while distributing the certificates to the participants, said: I wish May Allah Almighty, that you have learned something from this workshop, utilize it in your daily business and convey it to others.
