On 7th Dec, ARCS arranged information and dissemination sessions for youth and elders in Kunduz, Samangan, Badghis, Farah, and Balkh provinces. In these sessions, the dissemination officers of ARCS have explained and presented information regarding the history, fundamental principles, emblem of ARCS & movement & services of ARCS to the participants.
