The ARCS distributes aid to 600 needy families in Nuristan province!
The Afghan Red Crescent Society distributed food and non-food items to 600 flood-affected families in Kamdish district of Nuristan province.
The aid was provided by the International Federation. Which includes 50 kg of flour, 25 kg of rice, 10 liters of oil, 7 kg of bean, 5 kg of sugar, 1 kg of green tea, 2 kg of salt, 1 packet of BP5 biscuits, 2 tarpaulins, 7 blankets, 1 kitchen set and a box of medical supplies which were distributed in the presence of Mia Hafizuddin Qamari,Director of Eastern zone of Afghan Red Crescent Society, Noor Ahmad Haiderzai, Director of Nuristan Red Crescent Society and HQ and regional staff.
It is to be noted that the aid distribution was ended up with 200 families in 29th of January, 200 to 30th of January & also 200 families in 31st of January.
