Panjshir: Two-Day Capacity-Building Workshop Concludes for Staff Members and Volunteers

The ARCS concluded a two-day capacity-building workshop for 19 staff members and volunteers at its Panjshir Provincial Branch with the distribution of certificates.

Held with financial support from the ICRC, the workshop provided participants with theoretical and practical training on the history of the ARCS, its Fundamental Principles, humanitarian values, and related topics.

Participants also received essential guidance on applying the Fundamental Principles while delivering humanitarian assistance, promoting the values of volunteerism, and providing effective humanitarian services.

The workshop aimed to enhance the professional capacity of staff members and volunteers, strengthen their understanding of humanitarian values and the Fundamental Principles, and develop the skills needed to deliver humanitarian services more effectively.
