The ARCS presented cash awards and certificates of appreciation to 12 volunteer instructors at the Youth and Volunteers Training Center of its Bamyan Provincial Branch in recognition of their outstanding educational services, quality teaching, and effective performance.

The purpose of the program was to encourage the volunteer instructors and provide them with both material and moral support.

By encouraging and professionally supporting its volunteers, the ARCS strives to enhance humanitarian services across different sectors of society and further strengthen the culture of volunteerism.
